Overview
The film reveals the harrowing and inspiring stories of Vitālijs Smirnovs, Edgars Platonovs, and Ņikita Sļadzevskis—three Latvian volunteers who refused to stand by as Russia devastated Ukraine. Choosing action over apathy, these men made the ultimate sacrifice on the front lines, their quiet heroism only coming to light after their deaths. This documentary exposes the profound cost of standing up for freedom, contrasting the unwavering choices of three individuals against a world too often paralyzed by indifferent silence.
